1. Introduction

These terms of service (hereinafter: "Terms") govern the use of the OCMS demonstration website (hereinafter: "Website"). By using the Website or completing the registration process, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, please do not use the Website.

2. Purpose and Services of the Website

The Website serves to showcase the OCMS content management system. The Website provides the following services:

• public viewing of visual mockups of websites built with OCMS (no registration required),
• access to the developer documentation for registered users.

3. Registration and User Account

Registration is required to access the developer documentation. During registration, you provide a username, full name, email address, and password. It is also possible to sign in using a social account (Google, Facebook, Yahoo).

You are required to provide accurate information during registration. Your user account is personal, and sharing your login credentials with third parties is not permitted. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your user account.

4. Password Management

Passwords are stored using irreversible (one-way) encryption. In the event of a forgotten password, only the creation of a new password is possible – neither the Operator nor anyone else is able to recover the original password.

5. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the Website – including texts, images, visual mockups, source code examples, and developer documentation – is the intellectual property of the Operator. The content is authorized for personal, non-commercial use only. Copying, distributing, publicly publishing, or commercially exploiting the content without the prior written consent of the Operator is prohibited.

6. Acceptable Use

When using the Website, you agree that you will not:

• attempt to circumvent or breach the security systems of the Website,
• perform automated data collection (scraping, crawling) without the Operator's permission,
• upload or share illegal, offensive, or harmful content,
• use the Website to harass other users or for any unlawful purpose.

7. Service Availability

The Operator strives to ensure the continuous availability of the Website; however, no guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Operator reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Website for maintenance purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

The content available on the Website is provided for informational purposes. The Operator assumes no responsibility for the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Website.

9. Suspension and Deletion of User Accounts

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or delete, without prior notice, any user accounts that violate these Terms. Users may also request the deletion of their own account by contacting us through the contact details provided on the Website.

11. Changes to These Terms

The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms. The updated Terms will be published on the Website, indicating the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Website after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Hungarian courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
